Had a busy start to the summer, with the Movable feat in Criccieth, and the Zipworld stadium in Colwyn Bay, a wedding party and the AAH Trail Marathon in Snowdonia last weekend.
In Criccieth we tried something different for the Little Food Hut a Slow Roasted Shoulder of Goat with Pomegranate, served in a wrap this proved very popular and we quickly sold out.
The Colwyn Bay event clashed with the football and was not as busy as we would have liked, though we had sold all the food we took with us by 10pm.
Last week the Wedding and the Snowdon Trail run where both very good, I can't believe that the winner of the Ultimate 32 mile run around the Snowdonia Tracks completed it in 6 hours! I think he earned himself his free burger.
I have a weekend off this week and a few days away in the Royal Welsh next week, hopefully be refreshed for another busy weekend next week with Benllech Movable Feast on Friday and we are the Wild Horse Brewery in Llandudno on Saturday.
The Little Food Hut are part of the North Wales Food Group which put on the Movable Feast in North West Wales, this year has seen us attending events in Llandudno, Bangor Pier and Menai Bridge so far, with Criccieth, Colwyn Bay, Porthmadog, Benllech, Conwy, Ceames Bay and Llanrwst still to look forward to, adding these to our other events we are looking forward to a busy Summer in 2018 .
Last week was the Menai Bridge Movable Feast and the lovely weather brought out the crowds, people could enjoy the groups lovely Food, Drinks and Crafts from 12 to 10.
Having done a few events around Anglesey over the last 2 years we have now got a good following for our Goat Burgers, we had customers come to buy our Goat Burgers who had been waiting for them since our last outing to the Island in September last year at the Beaumaris Food Festival.
We have no events this weekend and looking forward to a Break away to recharge the batteries and to try our some food and drink in Southport.
See you al in Criccieth on the 23rd June (see the where are we next page for more information and location).
